I love that my job is more than just a job most people wouldnt think that a trainer is an important job that changes the world. I beg to differ! Seeing people come that know they want a change, but not sure how or why, find out quickly how much more they are really capable of. When a 300 pound person loses 100 pounds, it IS life changing. For a young (or older) female whos been taught to value herself only on how she looks to learn how to punch and kick and that its ok to BE agressive sometimes opens so many doors for her to step out of that comfort zone and pursue her dreams! For that shy, insecure guy to learn what hes really capable of and help teach his partners and communicate is extremely valuable. I love my job, I love my coworkers, I love our members WE ARE FAMILY! Changing the world one member at a time!
