I made the Chikn cutlests yesterday and today I made the Chikn Fried Steak with Country gravy. It was so, so good. I started with a salad topped with Chef Skyes Buttermilk Ranch. Then I served the Chikn Fried steak (except I made the Chikn cutlets) with vegan mashed potatoes, peas and my homemade vegan biscuits made with Chef Skyes Better Butter. Chef Skye! Your Chikn is far better than any vegan chicken out there. Hands DOWN! WOWOWOWOWOWO! I am in such delight! Thank you. You allowed my childhood favorites taste just right!
