I made these by taking the pulp I had over from juicing, and mixed it fresh herbs, salt and pepper, chopped sundried tomatoes with a flaxseed eggs (ground flax and water) to bind. I made patties with the mixture and baked until firm in a medium to low oven. I would have dehydrated but I was in a rush. Taste yummy, full of fibre, fat free, gluten free, and makes use of the pulp ( in this case a mix of carrot, brocolli, apple, bean sprouts, lettuce and celery.
