I may not always agree with decisions made, or how things were as I was growing up, but ultimately, it helped to shape the type of person that I turned out to be. Thanks, Mom and Pop - for all that I agreed with...and disagreed with, but now understand. We are all here to do our best with what we are given, in our own, unique situations. We may not have chosen how we got here, but if we are lucky enough to be able to control our own journey while we are here, we must appreciate all opportunities that come along the way. One day, we will no longer be in control...take advantage of the days that you are able to rise up, make some decisions, and lay back down...
