I may not be the best person. I may have made mistakes, hurt people, done things I am not proud of. I may bother people, I may annoy people and be extremely stubborn at times , I may even continue to accidentally do these things in the future and some times purposely out of emotion. But life is a complex mystery full of beauty and horrors alike. Some times when you think you cant fix the mistakes you have made or cant right your wrongs and your about to give in to pressure and emotion... You just look up at the sky, peering into the cosmos of perfectly balanced energy giving way to the physical world. burning balls of hydrogen forging heavy elements, making way to everything that we know, complex variations and reactions creating life itself and the matter that harbors us, Everything perfectly hanging in an array of mathematics and physics . You see beauty where you never saw it before and begin to think... what is this place? what am i? what is my purpose? and how did I not notice before how beautiful it all really is? When you come back to earth and view the things that are happening among our fellow species you almost want to cry... the systems... the horror. the anger... the violence, everything seems so small and pointless floating on this tiny miracle of a planet... and suddenly even looking back on the worst parts of your life seems so much easier... like it was all planned as if it was a complex symphony of manipulated energy and your the grand finale. Then you realize how beautiful life really is even if only for a fraction of a second and thank the universe for that one moment of clarity because it changed your entire life. That is when you realize... I am the purpose of life.. I am the universes attempt to understand itself, to live, to cry, to love, to forgive... to experience, and that is the most beautiful realization I have ever achieved.. if even only for a moment.
