I met a fake secular ( sick-ular in my terminology) activist today....after listening to his nonsense for an hour i came to this funny conclusion that he wants me to feel ashamed that i belong to the majority religion of this country ..... hahhahahaha....i told him that i have no role in the demography of this country ...that i am a Shiva worshipper ... i occasionally go to a temple and i have best friends in all religions ... i participate in their festivals with enthusiasm . I believe in the constitution of this country and respect all religions . I also now believe that minority appeasement or majority chuvanism is a trick by politicians for narrow gains in vote n politics . When he still bugged me that if im secular why i keep so many ganesha statues in my home ....i giggled n asked him " that if u read namaz five times a day and it still keeps u secular ...how come my just keeping Ganesh statue in my drawing room makes me less secular :))) Probably this secular nonsense has been stretched too far due to sick vote bank politics. Just pondering .... How many of you feel that you should feel guilty because you belong to the majority and should say Sorry to minorities because their number in demographic percentage is less . Are not we stretching it a bit too much . Muslim fundamentalists burning hindus in a train at Godhra and Hindu fundamentalist killing innocent muslims in retaliation in other towns of Gujrat was a wrong thing . Look at the condition of minorities in most of the islamic countries . Look at what is being done in states where the minority is in majority ie J&K ....why the same people keep silent on what was done to kashmiri pandits. Well ....if there are people who wants to make it an issue ....here it is ... I AM A HINDU and a Proud one :) And im perfectly fine if my friends are budhist , sikhs or muslims or christians or osho followers or jews. I respect their views and religious sentiments and most of them respect mine :) Agar fir bhi kisi ki sulag rahi ho to woh bhaad mien jaye ....lolz ... Im not guilty or having any complex about belonging to the majority religion of this country :)
