I must clarify that during the seasons that Que pasa U.S.A.? were on I tried to never missed a show...At the time it was not only a privilege to have a Cuban family on TV... But a chance to practice the language and customs of the land we came to...We had to adapt, if this was going to be our new Home...My Father kept saying we would go back after Fidel Castros regime fell...Well,it never did, and my Father never made it back...We are now in our third generation of Cubans born in the USA and these episodes with such terrific actors are as relevant today as they were then...We have kept our family values, our own language at home, our customs in between the American customs...We love the USA, it is our Home now, and not only we will defend and fight for its freedom, but we will always Honor it...Many Cubans have fought in different wars wearing the USA uniform, many young men served in our Army, as my husband did with an honorable discharge...We will always Honor our men and women in Uniform and the Freedom and Democracy that we enjoy...That said, when you see one of my postings of this great program, just think, that to me, they are precious memories...
