I must say that the flow of dark energy feels just as powerful as the flow of light energy. It allows the mind to access the primal and aggressive side of ones personality with a very selfish perspective. In this state of being, there are psychic barriers of pure rage surrounding me which protects my heart from further damage from external sources. My inner demon rises and attacks all thoughts and feelings in search of the reason for the suffering. There is no coherent thought, there is only negative and destructive power of rage. The energy drain is immense and cannot be maintained for very long. When I am depleted of energy, the rage subsides and Im too tired to even worry anymore. This is when my sensibilities kick back in. Understanding the darkness is a necessity to ensure spiritual enlightenment but I suggest that you dont stay there for very long, you might not want to leave.
