I need advise. We put our Walli Lonabaugh (AKA Walli Girl) in a doggy day-care while we were in NC. Both Suzy and I repeatedly told the people there that she had anger issues with other animals and needed to be kept away from other dogs. On the last day of her stay they put her in a pen next to another dog that apparently also has anger issues. The two dogs somehow fought through the fence and Walli Girl ended up getting a good size piece of her ear bit off. On top of letting her get hurt they also acted like it was a minor indecent and there was no real damage. When the Doctor took off the bandage and I saw the actual damage I almost fainted. The Doctor says she is fine and not in any pain but it looks horrible and I feel terrible for the poor baby. I am from the old school and do not really care for people suing each other over everything that happens. However I feel these people where neglectful and deceitful and at the least I feel I should not have to pay them for her time there and the terrible service they provided. They did pay her vet bills which I am happy about but I am less than happy with their service. I dont know what to do. Does anyone out there have an opinion or a similar story to share?
