Oven cured tomatoes Ingredients. 100gm tomatoes 10gm basil 20ml malt vinegar 10gm basil 20gm sugar 10gm salt 5gm black pepper Method Wash,clean and dry the tomatoes. Then cut them into 1/2 inch slices. Combine the tomatoes along with all other ingredients in a mixing bowl.now arrange the tomatoes on a baking tray and put them in the oven at 80c for around 1 1/2hours.remove the tomatoes from the oven and place them on a cooling rack to drain out the excess moisture....
