I need someone to write Love on my arms; to hold me and shake me and tell me I am worthy; to take from me this feeling of pooling in my arms and legs; to trust me when I say I have a need; to write Love on my heart and in my spleen. I need someone to write Love on my arms; to show me the way to myself when I am lost; ease the pain of my stumbling; hold me up when I collapse; to write Love on my temporal lobes and call it music. I need someone to write Love on my arms because I cannot find a pen; I try and the ink I have is for others; I try and the pen is dry; I try, and there is no energy to do so. I need someone to write Love on my soul and I need them to read it back to me.
