Mr. Billy. I dont know you , but u took this quite well and Im very sorry this happened to you. These are the kind of things that give this great city a bad rap! Please dont judge the entire city on a couple of black assholes that have no regard for anything( even life itself)!!! Im from St.Bernard parish and I bleed new Orleans ! This is home and for some bad apples ( Im trying to be nice here) to ruin it for you is so unfair!! I assure you that most people in this city and the suburbs would give the shirts off there back if need be. Every city has its scumbags and we seem to have way to many,but most of us are fine citizens and I hope this doesnt stop u from returning here! As for NOPD, we dont have enough time for that!!! Ill just say I waited 10 hours for a cop to show up and write a report for a simple finder bender!! Oh yes, 5 cops passed us up and said the next one was on it way !!!
