I need to make a correction on my placement in the race today .. I was # 8 out of 9 runners in my age group . and my time was 53:46 gun time was17:13.. I just found the race results online and printed them off .Also I am in todays newspaper about last weeks run ..The 4 bad part of the run across the dam was too many pot -holes on the road / wind was blowing / the turn around was up hill / and the climb back up the hill to the finish line ... This is my second time running this race , and I didnt give up and finished the race . There are more 5ks I will be doing this year , so Monday its back to the gym and on the treadmill and the other machines ...
