I need to take a moment to rant! 15 months ago I decided to change my life. I take it very seriously. I never thought I could feel so amazing by just eating healthy and exercising. I was in shock that there is a company out there that was only built on supporting a healthy weightloss through nutrition, exercise and support. I researched BeachBody and realized they are the real deal. No stupid fake wraps, no magic diet pill, no meal replacement that is full of chemicals. At first I hated the idea of replacing a meal a day with a shake. I thought to myself it just was another gimmick, just another name brand. Its easy to judge something you have never tried. I can preach how amazing Shakeology is till I am blue in the face...fact is only YOU can make yourself a believer by trying it. When I found out I could help others feel as amazing as I do and start my own business, I was so very excited! I have developed several haters along the way. Which is fine. But what I can NOT tolerate, is people using me and acting like I owe them something. I became a coach to share my love for this company, health n fitness and to grow my own business. I host a totally FREE health n fitness support group. Anyone can be in it. We all share recipes, exercises, stories, etc. I dont care if you ever drink Shakeology or ever try a fitness program. Do I believe in them? Absolutely! But I dont judge or push aside anyone that choices to not try it! I can NOT do the work for you. I can only give you the tools you need. I am shaking mad that some people think I only help the ones whom purchase products. I give everyone the same treatment. I give everyone the same amount of my time. It makes me furious when people ask for free things and then I get hate mail for not giving products for free. I dont ask you at your job to give me free things! I dont expect special treatment. I do things on the honor system. Which stops NOW! I may be a BeachBody coach, but I pay for my own products...the samples I give, I pay for. Out of my own family income. So when you screw me over...you are screwing my family over. Lastly, I am not super woman, I have to drag my ass out of bed to workout, I dont always want a salad. My struggle is real. The only difference is, I got tired of wishing. I dont like to be negative on here! It is my own fault for trusting people in todays world. I have been working oncleaning up my facebook friends for a couple days now. I will no longer be brought down or used. I am a genuine person. I am here to help others and build my dream business. Time for me to grow a back bone and learn the word NO! If any of this offends you, please go ahead and unfriend me! Thanks for your time.....end of rant.
