I never air business over Facebook but I feel that over the past few weeks a lot of people have been told false stories which I am now going to correct.... I have had to put this via Facebook as I already have a list of 15 people who have come to me and told me things that are being said so I now dont know how many others have been told these false stories....today has been the last straw I feel hurt and betrayed. My staff are all paid minimum wage as set by the government and age category, my trainees are paid trainee wage plus more on top as I would never ask a trainee to work the hours we work for just £2. Per hour so they get more plus I pay for all my staffs coffees at either hot gossip or cafe cafe which both can vouch I but at least 12 coffees a day and staffs food if I collect it.... My staff all have tips jars which have to be smashed open to get to the money however mine is cracked open at the bottom for staff to obtain change if they need to change notes.... In no way AT ALL are staffs tips jars dipped in to by myself or any other staff.... I open my doors as not only a boss but a friend and let them in with family and class my staff as part of our family.... My staff will all tell u how soft I am and they can walk all over me but thats how I like it, that they feel comfortable enough that they can do as they please as long as our clients are happy, I have NEVER EVER been nasty unfair or mis treated my staff as they will all tell u.... I came back to work after just a few days off after having Taŷo to Enable a staff member to have time off and I came back 2-3 long days a week to ensure my staff dont get over worked..... However I did not plan for my waters to break and go in to labour as early as i did so I had to rely on staff and my family to run things for those few weeks which I still helped out when passing if they were overly busy.... IF YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN TOLD LIES AND I HAVE BEEN BAD MOUTHED TO THEN PLEASE COME AND SEE ME AND I CAN CLEAR UP ANY WRONG OR ADMIT ANY TRUTH IN THESE STORIES.... To say I am hurt is an understatement as I have done nothing but good for people and this is what I get but I do apologise for putting this on Facebook but as u can imagine this is clearly very upsetting and hurtful after all I have done.... Im sure my staff will be more than happy to tell u wat I am like as a boss and wat it is like to work at fusion. A Staff member was sacked from wat some one has said which I have now found out is not true and another member was almost sacked through one persons malicious words but I cant turn back the clock but I can apologise. I give my staff gift vouchers for retail parks as a thank you every few weeks and extra pay tips from my money and all treatments are unlimited free of charge thats how much of a bad person and bosss I am..... There are so many more things that have been said that hurt me but these two are the main ones told to all the people have have come back to me so I know these are true to each persons word as for other stories Im to embarrassed to even write publicly so any one wanting to know then please feel free to mail me and I will explain and clear them up for them. I will always be me and I will always be a walk over but its better than acting like Im some one Im not.
