I never ask but PLEASE Share this status. I have been absolutely disgusted and traumatised by the treatment I received in BOOTS Fleet Street London. I was intimidated and singled out by the assistant manager of the Fleet Street store. The man called a meeting and told the staff not to speak to me when I came in to shop. I feel so unwelcome in that store to the point that I will never be shopping in there again even when I need something essential I will not go into BOOTS I asked to speak to the man himself and he said I was not permitted to talk to any member of the customer service team and to just pick up what I want to buy then leave. The manager had the audacity to say I was too popular with the staff that worked there because I was friendly and he didnt like me saying hello or speaking to them when I was shopping. I was so outraged that I wrote a 5 page letter of complaint and included the piece of paper I had been given by this man stating who he had decided who he didnt allow talking to me when I shopped during my break at work. Utterly outraged and upset I assumed BOOTS would respond in a professional manner. Yet again the customer service representative on the phone was rude, raised his voice and said he didnt believe me even though I had proof of what he had written down on paper. After two years of shopping in this store and spending a lot of my hard earned money I wanted to share my terrible experience. I felt victimised and bullied as though i had been targetted by the lead bully of a hideous gang. This man should never ge allowed to serve customers or work in a customer facing role again. His name is Mr Bingol. Still having had no apology from boots and knowing that this man is still working in this store I encourage u to share this status and tell people exactly the kind of treatment u can receive in BOOTS especially if u are friendly smiley happy and and shop in there alot. Please stop this discussing treatment of loyal customers. Boots you should be ashamed.
