I normally finish my back days with the exercise shown in this video! The seated row, with a close grip is used for mid back thickness and the development of the lower lats(the so called wings) or to increase its thickness. With all exercises be sure to get the right range of motion! With the seated rows make sure you fully extend, but do not let your shoulders round(pull forward) then pull back into your chest and squeeze! And slowly release. To obtain even greater thickness use separate handles to let you pull back further!
