I noticed that my left knee was a little more tender than usual yesterday, and got worse as the day went on, including starting to swell a little. Today its significantly more sore than my every day knee pain and noticeably swollen. Spent some time on Google and I figured out that I have prepatellar bursitis, also known as Housemaids knee. Apparently its fairly common, and can be treated with icing the knee, ibuprofen, and rest. I can definitely ice it, but I cant take ibuprofen (because of my blood thinners), and I have today and tomorrow off, which means no time for rest, as I have a billion things to get done around here! :/
