I once won an Archery contest for Dads of Scouts on a week long camp in Cali (interesting aside, if you remember Bonanza, the field at the foot of the mountains in the opening scene of the series... that is where we camped. If you DONT remember Bonanza, maybe NOT so interesting. ). The Dads all had to compete in rifle and Bow marksmanship. All the other Dads had fancy compounds with sights an lasers, and probably a bell or two. Your friend, the hick from the Ozarks... showed up with an old recurve bow ... and some arrows. I whupped their asses! The point of my story is that this video is so true. True archery is a feel for your target, your bow, and your arrow. Keep your sights and all the other buzzers and bells. I will shoot a stripped down recurve or longbow. NOT however, anywhere close to the level this guy operates at - a mix of Luke Skywalker and the Tasmanian devil! LOL
