I pay attention to every detail I always but I didnt know why how what where to focus on but now I understand intelligence and energy very clear... Everything thats happening around us is using intelligence to complete an action...you can focuses on a leaf falling off a tree... 99% will look at it but dont knowledge the actions the movements the resistance its causing...by focusing on it your brain automatically calculating measurering and downloading...with physical actions what throw us of is thinking about it... To hit a receiver with a deep pass the QB is not manually measuring the distance your brain process that involuntarily so or you gotta do is look trust your calculations and you will throw a perfect pass everytime
