I picked up this sweetie running in and out of traffic on St. Louis Road in Collinsville. He was barking and hair raised up until I fed him and then he calmed down and I was able to get a leash around him and into my car. He was giving kisses as I fed him. I took him to Collinsville AC and he is not chipped. They will have him for the 7 day hold and if he is not claimed, either he will be available for adoption or transferred to a rescue. Please share and see if we can find his home or if you are in rescue, get in touch with Collinsville AC to see if we can get him pulled into rescue!!!! Sorry the pic isnt great, as soon as we got to AC they wouldnt allow me to take his picture.... ugh. He is fawn colored... looks like a lab, or shepherd or possibly pit mix of some sort. I estimate 55 ish lbs. Other than being hungry, he seemed to be healthy.
