I plugged my phone into the iPod dock at work today and asked the group of 4-year-olds what they wanted to listen to. After too many requests for the Spider-Man theme song, I asked again and this was the result: I want to listen to The Gorillaz! I respond, Sure, which song? He rocks back and forth on his squeaky clean pair of TOMS with a very serious, contemplative look on his face as he puts his hands into the pockets of his American Apparel hoodie. Uhhh.. I dunno.. I have lots of Gorilla songs at my house.. Like Clint Eastwood and Stylo. .....Okay, you officially get to pick the next song too. What else should I play? Well, Get Lucky is a Daft Punk song, but me n my mom ALSO dig Bob Marley. *swings hair out of his eyes* Oh, sweetie! When I have kids, I want them to be just like you! He was too cool for a hug.
