I practice this in my classroom and still believe in it. Why make a child share a toy when the are playing with it. It is obvious that when a child is "working" ie: "playing" with a toy they are using every part of their brain, body, and mind. Why would anyone make the stop to share with another child!? Their creative process has been disrupted! Most of the time the child who has to share walks away from the child to play with something else!
