I purchased a rather expensive bedroom set at Value City in 03/13. With this I purchased an EXTENDED WARRANTY because the sales girl told me it covered the drawers (have had issues in the past). My drawers are possessed. Some fly open when we walk by and others stick so I just got time to call given all the other stuff going on. Store refers me to some vendor and when I call I am #4 then the recording says Im #6 in line-well how does that happen? After a 20 minute hold I got a CSR and had to register the furniture. This took oh maybe 20 minutes. Then he tells me that the drawers are not covered. Excuse me, thats not what the sales rep at VC told me. So I asked him just why I would spend $199 on a plan that doesnt cover important features - he agreed but had no answer only what the system told him. Called back VC and demanded a store manager and mentioned that if I did not get satisfaction an attorney would be the next call they received. Manager was on the phone within 3 seconds, and they will be at my house on the 18th to fix my drawers!
