I ran into a buddy who had some questions about Earthing. Hed been imagining me asleep on a big roll of Sod - wanted to know what it actually looked like and what it did. At 0:40 (and throughout the rest of the vid), you can see the Recovery Bag that I sleep in every night. (Ive never used the electrode patches though.) If this is nothing more than a hoax, you gotta ask yourself - why are some of the most elite athletes in the world screwing around with it? And if it can help them in the midst of their sports grueling physical demands, can it help you in your day-to-day life?
