I ran into someone the other day who was once active in the Nation and they asked me was I still active in the Nation of Islam...they had not been out in quite sometime and did not know if I was or was not. This post is not to make judgement on anyone who is not active. I can only speak for myself. I thought about the question for a long time. No I am not as active in my class as I should be. My attendance is not perfect. I could be fishing in more people that is for sure. But how in the world can I go back to the grave of ignorance when I have been taught the knowledge of God and Self. The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan is for me greatest man I have ever met...he saved my life literally. Where would I go? Back to the clubs? Putting up Christmas trees and believing in an Easter bunny that lays eggs. Drinking?!!! Smoking?!!! Getting high?!!!! Take it from one who use to do all of that....none of it can hold a candle to the reality that God is present within me.....that is the real high.... I went back into the grave after my mother died and damn near lost my mind.... But Allah had mercy on my soul. Give me the Believers any time any day.... You do what you want. But I want to die the death of a Muslim. Active in the Nation of Islam under the leadership of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan who receives his guidance from the Honorable Elijah Muhammad... The race is not to the swift but the one who can endure to the end.
