THE PRELIMINARY CREATIVE SHOOT GUIDELINES (these are not rules as they may be amended for the smooth running of the day as it progresses ) To assist in having the day run smoothly there are a few things you need to know. -It is extremely important that you show up on time with your outfits pre- planned, this means you should take the opportunity to liaise with the MUAH in advance, that way the day will run smoothly. -If you are confident in styling your own hair & Make-up please mention that, so we can work out MUAH to Model ratio. -For any requirements with your Photography please liaise with David Arnold who will be coordinating the photographers (he will try and match a photographer for a specific look you may be after – if there is a particular TOG you want to work with let him know and he will endeavor to match you up– this is being done for fairness –if you want to do a private shoot, this is probably not the best environment for it. - a set of more formal guidelines for both Togs and Models to follow will be posted prior to the day – we want to have the event to be fun and run smoothly, while giving everybody the opportunity to express their talents to the fullest. -If you want to do Duo &/or Group concepts, express your interest via post in this event, its always good to mix it up and expand your portfolio plus you get to meet new models -Please keep track of who it is you work with, this is every-ones responsibility so make sure you provide your name to those you work with and obtain the MUAHS & TOGS details ( we are working on some ideas to make this as easy as possible) - There will be a designated Lunch break of 12:30 PM to 1PM This is non negotiable, it is very important to ensure all models, photographers & Make up & hair artists are re-hydrated and energized to keep the afternoon session running smoothly. More details will be updated in the coming weeks.
