I re-watched the Watchmen movie last week, for the first time in 5 years. The first time I saw this movie I kind of like it, despite its flaws. Now, five years later and in a smaller screen, I can see more and more its defects less overt than the exclusion of the squid, Manhattan-vision, and so on. However the thigns that worked for me have survived the pass of time. On the top of my list are the Flash backs (the rape scene, vietman and Dr. Manhattans origin story), the awesome soundtrack (all along the watchtower, the boogieman and sound of silence) and above all, the intro that combines those two aspects.
