I reached Week 4 of P90X3--Transition Week. Ahhhh time for some stretching goodness. Transition week is not a rest week but it is packed with stretching, stability, and cardio. This week allows your body to reset a bit. I did Isometrics this morning. It was filled with Yoga poses, all held for 45 seconds....45 seconds is a LONG time! I know Im getting stronger though. I am holding poses longer and lifting my arms/legs higher and straighter. Isometrics had me in a full blown sweat after just a few minutes and all I was doing was standing there holding a yoga pose! What a workout!! Happy Monday to you all, I hope its a great one!!
