I read about Katie Davis sometime back and was so impressed with her light and her service. She went to Uganda after graduating high school, and is now relocated and living there for a number of years. She has adopted 14 orphan girls and is running her own ministry and serving in every way she can, the women, children, and families in her community. She helps to comfort and heal the sick, brings consolation and mercy to those in need, and peace to those who are grieving. Her life is one of acting on the precepts of giving, charity, mercy, hope and faith. I admire her strength, her faith, her fortitude and her beauty as a daughter of God who serves his children.
