I read somewhere that giving is the best communication , I knew this , I felt this but at no time did I feel I was truly worth deserving of this .i always felt best praying for others and giving or doing for those who didnt have the ability or were capable of managing for them selves . Pride is a terrible and toxic emotion that can distort the your perceptions of good intentions of others . Could be because of mistrust or guilt or what ever it was that broke you to have faith in another person .worthy ? Yes everyone of us is worthy of kindness and having a good deed done on our behalf of others . Recently I underwent a surgery that left me very dependant, I was terrified . I have faith in God , but had none in people . Forgive me , trust me its not you , its me . I have had people from my church every day bring me food and a prayer . They came to see me at the hospital ....and who was I to them ? Let me start by saying between tears here that not one of these people gave me a reason not to trust them it each and everyone of them opened my eyes to see the real beauty we each have in giving to those who are in need . My eyes are open to see my ears to hear and now my heart to receive . I am grateful for you all and realize it is equally important to receive as it is to give.
