I read that the hunters that lived in Scandinavia just after the Ice age (That ended some 11000years ago) had dark skin. Beccause they could get Vitamin D from meat. About 6-7000 years ago people from Southeast Europe came to Scandinavia. They were peasants They ate less meat, and had light skin, so they could easier absorb the vitamin D from sunlight. It is nice to think that some of my ancestors maybe looked like today Ethiopians :-)
