I received a retirement estimate in March 2006 and decided to - TopicsExpress

I received a retirement estimate in March 2006 and decided to retire in April 2006. When I requested my funds in June or July they (Fidelity) said they had miscalculated my amount for my management time and it would be approx. $60k less. I went through the whole process of appeals, etc. Finally deciding I would not received the 60k. In August this year I received a letter stating that since I had received my non-management lump sum in 2006 but did not receive my management lump sum until 2008 that I owed them over 14k. They sent me a form and a postage paid envelope to send in the remittance! Has anyone heard of this happening? I would appreciate any responses. Originally worked Indiana Bell 1981-2006. I now live in Florida.
