I recently posted a photo of Helen Keller with her pet. Since there was one that was offended, I deleted the post. But I want to set the record straight... I have nothing but admiration for this beautiful lady. She had to overcome obstacles that would put a lot of us to shame if we were in the same situation. I took it as a cute photo and even though she was with a dog and the caption said that she loved her cat... well... I thought maybe she had a sense of humor. Just because someone has disabilities doesnt mean that they cant have a sense of humor. It was never my intent to poke fun of Helen. I would never post anything that poked fun of anyone with any disability of any kind. I am sorry that you took it wrong and it is not my intent to upset others either.
