I recently quite eating all sugars, with the exception of coconut sugar which has a low glycemic index and also provides me with minerals I dont get from sugar. I also dont eat any fake sugars such as splenda, equal or the pink stuff or diet anything. Since quitting, I have found that I have more energy and I have lost weight without changing my diet in any other way. I have also discovered that when I occasionally do eat a small bite of cake or anything with sugar in it, I find the food to be too sweet. I didnt believe it at first when someone told me I could loose weight without eating sugar but, now I do.
