I regret to announce that The Raddison, the Hotel for Shuto-Con, sold out this last weekend the announcement was made early this week. Sadly this means we will all be in an overflow hotel. I apologize for not booking sooner but since they did not sell out till December last year i thought i could wait to see what incoming freshman were interested and ensure that the school would fund part of the trip, I planned on signing us up for rooms through the college the day after our first meeting to ensure i got everyone a room but still could get school funding. We will get school funding and everyone who a member who wants to go can still go but we will not be at main hotel attached to the convention hall. Again I am sorry for making a bad judgement call on my behalf and I am sorry to anyone this has in convinced or upset. I will still do everything in my power to make Shuto-Con a fun enjoyable experience for everyone. If anyone has any questions or concerns please feel free to PM me.
