I remember my super-illegal days. Its not that I did illegal stuff - TopicsExpress

I remember my super-illegal days. Its not that I did illegal stuff because I was some evil doer. I call it misdirected ambition. I wanted financial freedom but had no idea how to get it. The American hustle was up the block on the corner. I hustled day in and day out, so blinded in my ways, I couldnt see my life past a week. We lived only for the moment. Everything was a hustle and everyone had a hustle. But as much as we hustled and our parents went to work, very few of us have anything to show for it. All that damn hustling and still no progress. The devil had me in the hills and mountains for nearly a decade, but I came out with a crown of life. I learned to take all that misdirected ambition and give it direction. I took all that suspended energy and gave it work to do. So, when I see people where I used to be, I teach them how to give that dormant energy a purpose.
