I remember reading in Numbers 16:21 of when Israel wanted to turn against Moses to choose another leader and God fought and opposed with a passion anyone that dared with such intensity that had me surprised and wondering why. Then the Spirit of God ministered to me through this song why God was so mad. God looks for those who will serve Him with a perfect heart and a willingness of mind, those that will give their all everyday for Him, to see His will established and His named praised, these kinds are few. So when He finds those few that are truly after His own heart no one dare come against them! God is their vindicator! It just made me cry because His such a faithful and a loving God and He alone deserves all the attention, and the Glory and praise! And its so sad when the whole world is not doing what they ought to. So i understand His passion and i understand why Jesus said blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God and why He said blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Jesus is talking about what king David advised his son Solomon to do in Chronicles 28:9 And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever. I pray that we all desire to serve God this way so that we may become active and precious members to His Vision and Will in Jesus name. Amen
