I remember talking to justin wong about playing DOA and his response was "Theres no community." who cares, the game is what makes the community. If people like j wong, woflkrone, infiltration, ect. Start to learn DOA and how good it is (skill wise) then all the "followers" will think (hey! So and so is playing DOA, it must be good. I think im gonna pick it up.) which will create more people to give it a chance. I support Street fighter and marvel, even if I dont play them much anymore I still enter in tournaments and buy all the games. Same with Tekken, and more. All I want is to see my game just as popular as the others...so to all of you that dont play DOA bc of whatever reasons...TRY IT first...actually learn how to play and watch how fun it is to be able to control the fight because YOU KNOW you can as a player...not because your character has a instant kill combo, or super rediculous frame advantage, or is safe on everything. Cause in DOA we have counters....and YES they can be stopped...so dont try to say all it is all about is counters...
