I remember watching this documentary on this guy who lived with bears (forgot his name). So in this one scene the bears are thirsty and he gets mad there is no water because it hasnt been raining for months. So he screams out to the sky saying I dont believe in a God, but if youre up there you better make it rain! If you really are out there prove yourself and rain. Show me your powers! I dont believe in you if you dont have the powers to make it rain! -- And guess what? It rained. It rained SO crazy and hard it almost started to flood. Allah definitely showed His powers. But the guy still didnt have a change in heart and believe in God even after screaming and asking God to show His power to make it rain. SubhanAllah, the proof of Allah exisiting came to him and he still didnt believe. It reminded me of these verses: It is not the eyes that are blind, but the hearts. (Qur’an 22:46) We will show them Our Signs in the Universe and in their ownselves until it becomes manifest to them that this is the Truth. Is it not enough that thy Lord do witness all things? (Quran 41:53) Thus do We explain the signs in detail! Perchance they may turn (unto Us). (Quran 7:174) And He shows you always His Signs; then which of the Signs of Allah will you deny? (Quran 40:81) Allah does so much to help us believe in Him but we turn away. We take things for granted. We forget to Thank Him and think we did it on our own. He answers our prayers and we say no one has helped us. We ask for signs and He shows it yet we turn a blind eye to it. Gosh I love Allah so much for being so patient with us stubborn humans. I am so thankful hes al-Wadoud (The All-Loving).
