I remember when i was young i would sit in the kitchen with my mom watching her cook for the holidays i could not wait until she rolled out the dough and put the riccotta in there for the ravioli she would always boil me some while she continued to make the rest of the ravioli. Now today she is sitting in my kitchen watching me stuff shells and asking me if the meatballs are done and it she could have one. Priceless.
