I remember you taking me to Potter Park zoo growing up then following it up with some fresh baked goods that you never seemed to run out of, walking up to sweet sensations ice cream for a different color slushy every time I remember going to cherry bomb hill with you during the winter for sledding or Mason park during the summer for hours as you sat there while I would play on the play ground followed by endless board games. You were consistently always the first one no matter how early to call and wish me a happy birthday. I remember bringing friends over to visit you and you would always make what seemed to be a never-ending meal and supply of food for us. I remember all the encouraging letters you would send that always seemed to manage to arrive at the perfect most needed time. I could talk forever about the memories I will always have of you, but what I remember most are the morals and values you instilled in me at such a young age as well as all the prayers we would have after ever phone call or visit, and how you were the most giving and selfless person I still have ever known/ met. You are the very definition of a good person and a role model that everyone should have in their life, and I know your in Heaven now but it doesn’t make this any easier, Grandma I love and miss you see again someday in Heaven.
