I respect Ruth Hunt a lot and having spoken to her today, I understand her position on this. However, I dont agree with the conclusion that she has reached. Boycotts can work, they worked with South Africa. Unlike many in gay media, PinkNews refuses advertising from any country/ tourist board where it is illegal to be gay and I refuse to travel and spend my hard earned cash in any country that persecutes LGBT people.
