I run a Whats for dinner cooking class every Tuesday night. Tonights class was sponsored by Sustainable Seafood/ Oceans for tomorrow, so I made some Smoked Salmon Crostinis with cream cheese, sour cream, dill, capers and lime. A spiced up Nova Scotia Clam Chowder with lots of sweet cherry tomatoes and a Salmon Chickpea Salad. I always forget to take photos on Tuesdays!! Sorry about that.... but the food was good!
