I see a very direct correlation between what is happening here in the USA and what is happening in the Middle East, particularly with what Israel is doing. Israel and its wealthy US Zionist supporters has such an enormous influence over our government and our public policy that they are able to literally destroy any politician who criticizes them. In fact they feel free to attack any public figure who criticizes such outrageous Israeli actions as their flagrant disregard of international law. Since 911 our Department of Homeland Security has increasingly depended on Israeli training and methods with alarming results. Ferguson Missouri police were trained by Israel. The NYPD looked to Israel for methods to control Occupy and the NYPD and the Israeli police have reciprocal offices in New York and Jerusalem. Oakland CA has hosted security conferences with Israeli military and police. My city Sacramento CA hosts similar conferences. Netanyahu and Jerry Brown, our pro prison industry governor, are friends and have signed many lucrative business agreements. In fact, California is the number 1 provider of capital to Israel. Since when does the United States of America allow a foreign power to attack and kill our citizens without accountability while dictating public policy and heavily influencing who is elected to public office?? And to add insult to injury billions of tax dollars go to Israel while austerity is imposed on our most vulnerable citizens.
