I see everywhere now, young people are plugged into their iPods or iPhones or music, or text or whatever. I have to say... that I was no different, although the technology of my day took more effort. In retrospect... I became a musicologist, a DJ, and I was a musician. At any given time I had over 10,000 songs running in my brain... each one attached to a given emotion or memory. Except in my case, my memories were built one brick at a time. However, young people get it all in a stream. Its difficult to build your memories without CREATING memories based on real life. Virtual... is highly over-rated. I had an eidetic memory, for music... and each tune could attach itself to a specific memory or time.
