I spent a big part of my youthful years here. Direct from university with a degree in engineering, I was honoured to be offered a position as a software developer, growing steadily with this organization. From a small fly writing codes for various modules till managing few key clients and dealing with projects and costing, Im grateful for the opportunity entrusted in me. And supporting HR in areas of profiling and recruitment, conduct technical trainings, doing presales, running a big team of software developers, managing clients expectation and projects to ensure quality service and delivery Im blessed with the amount of empowerment given to me to grow & learn. Its not the amount of years you spend in a company but the quality years with the team you like, the various key learnings, the empowerment, the job progression, the various functions you learn plays a very important role.
