I spent the majority of my youth listening to License to Ill. I was lead to believe by the Beastie Boys that there was a White Castle on every corner in New York. This couldnt be further from the truth. There are some here but they are few and far between. Today Greta and I took a drive to get What you crave. Since moving to Long Island this was my first time eating at a NY WC. I hit the drive thru and headed home. Got home to begin my lunch feast! Took one bite and something wasnt right. Peeled back the bun to find ketchup! WHAT! DISGUSTING! Why are they messing w/ a masterpiece? Lunch completely ruined after one bite. Come to find out it wasnt a mistake, but just the normal way a slider is prepared here. Live and learn. Sorry to be negative, but I thought this could serve as a cautionary tale. Ill make up for it w/ a much more positive post later.
