I suppose it is time to make it FBO. Teresa and I have accepted a new position within Farmers Insurance and will be relocating at some point in the next 30 days or so. We assume the new position as of September 1st and are very excited and look forward to the new and challenging opportunity. The new role will bring us to northern AR where we will be responsible for helping existing agents meet their personal and professional goals as well as introducing new agents to the incredibly rewarding opportunities Farmers can offer. Our current customers will continue to receive exemplary service under the leadership of Presidents Council agent Terry Ray. Presidents Council is the highest honor Farmers can bestow upon an agent or District Manager. Terry is not only a great agent, but he is a tremendous person and friend. I would encourage you to make contact with Terry and get to know him on a personal level as so many of you have done with me. I will continue in my role with the SETX High School Fishing Association until the Board of a Directors decides to run me off. I love being a part of this amazing group of people and enjoy playing with the kids more than you can imagine. The short trip from AR to TX is well worth the rewards of joking and laughing with all involved. Finally, I would like to say thank you to everyone that has accepted this Yankee and made me feel welcome and at home in the great state of Texas. I would like to thank the Farmers Texas leadership team that has allowed this to happen and always made me feel like they would support me and whatever decision we made with regard to our Farmers future. I have had the good fortune of learning from some of the best that Farmers Insurance has to offer during my time here in Texas and I am eternally grateful for my past and current management and executive team. I will do my best to represent you all in a manner befitting a Texas trained individual. Last item. For all of you Texas tournament fishermen, fear not for I will continue to journey back to donate to your retirement accounts.
