I think Ellen Degeneres could have donated money to a more worthy cause instead of the anti seal hunt.Maybe anti hate or bully awareness, gay rights , childrens/fathers rights etc You dont see us Newfoundlanders raising and donating money to discourage or stop her from living the way she does. That is her way of living and she has a right to it, just as sealers have a right to hunt. Lets face it, not everyone likes animals being hunted, but its human nature to hunt for food and income. If you dont like hunting or eating meat, then dont. Just dont expect the rest of the world to hate or condemn people who do. Years ago to survive people would resort to killing an animal by what ever means they had(rocks, sticks, traps) Now guns are available and is one of the most fastest and humane ways to hunt, but yet people continue to lie and say seal hunters kill baby seals and beat them to death. In todays age this is furthest from the truth.
